Chemist, Product Development | Chemiker Produktentwicklung (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves driving innovation by planning, developing, and modifying sealants and adhesives based on silicone, hybrid, PU, and acrylic formulations. The Chemist will be responsible for meticulously documenting and evaluating experimental results, and coordinating the scale-up of successful laboratory trials into full production. A key aspect of the job is conducting application-specific investigations and tests on the developed products. Furthermore, the role requires providing technical support to national and international customers, and assisting internal departments such as Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Marketing with technical expertise. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Chemistry or a related natural science and possesses professional experience in adhesive and sealant development, coupled with strong German (C1) and good English (B1/B2) language skills.
