Job Summary

Join a dynamic team at FERCHAU Rosenheim as an IT System Administrator, contributing to pioneering projects for leading companies. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management and support of the Windows client environment, ensuring the stability, reliability, and user-friendliness of the entire IT infrastructure. Daily tasks include setting up new workstations, performing maintenance, managing updates, and documenting all hardware and software. You will handle the administration of network printers, copiers, mobile devices, and telecommunication systems. This position requires providing both First-Level Support (including data recovery and PC reinstallation) and defined Second-Level tasks such as Mobile Device Management (MDM), Software Deployment, and Office 365 administration, including coordinating international support activities. The ideal candidate possesses completed IT training or equivalent professional experience, strong knowledge of Windows systems, Active Directory, and Office 365, coupled with excellent service orientation and fluency in both German and English.
