Job Summary

This System Engineer role focuses on supporting and optimizing cutting-edge, cabinet-free automation solutions (MX-System) for customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting customers during system commissioning, coordinating technical support, and collaborating closely with R&D and product management to enhance and optimize firmware functions. The engineer will also be responsible for developing and maintaining PLC modules and reviewing system configurations and layouts. Candidates must hold a successfully completed degree in a relevant engineering field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology) and possess strong communication, customer service orientation, and a proactive, solution-oriented work style. Fluent German (C1/Native) and good English (B1 minimum) are essential.
