Job Summary

Join the Electrical Engineering team as an Electronics Development Engineer focusing on Power Electronics and Motor Control. This role involves the independent development, adaptation, and validation of new electronic components, with a strong emphasis on hardware design. Day-to-day tasks include conducting component qualifications, selecting alternative components, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation such as Bills of Materials (BOMs) and schematics using PDM and ticket systems. You will also coordinate firmware parameters, manage release processes, and perform commissioning, measurements, and functional testing of new hardware in a laboratory setting. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, or possess an electrical engineering apprenticeship combined with a certified technician qualification. Deep expertise in power electronics, motor control, and practical laboratory work is mandatory.
