As an IT Service Technician based in Wolfsburg, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT equipment, including Handheld Devices (HDTs) and Tablets. Your daily tasks will involve setting up and configuring these devices, performing diagnostics, and resolving technical issues efficiently. A core part of the job involves utilizing ticket systems to manage and track support requests, handling returns and repairs, and overseeing the inventory of test and loan devices. Candidates must be comfortable working with IT equipment and possess knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like SOTI MobiControl, Microsoft Intune, or VMware Workspace. Fluency in written and spoken German is a mandatory requirement for this exciting, permanent position.
