Job Summary

This role seeks a passionate Technical Sales and Project Engineer to drive the energy transition through green energy solutions, focusing on photovoltaics, battery storage, and charging infrastructure for commercial and industrial clients. Day-to-day, you will consult new and existing customers, develop customized, technically sound, and economically viable solutions, and manage the entire process from offer calculation and detailed technical concept creation through successful realization. A key part of the job involves conducting needs analyses, evaluating load profiles, and utilizing planning tools like AutoCAD or PV*SOL to design future-proof energy systems. You will present solutions, monitor market trends, and occasionally lead customer projects, coordinating with grid operators and installation teams. Candidates must possess a technical degree (e.g., Industrial or Electrical Engineering) and several years of technical sales experience, ideally within the renewable energy sector, coupled with fluent German skills. The position offers flexibility with 30% mobile work and flexible hours, supporting professional growth in a critical industry.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering, or comparable technical field, or completed technical vocational training.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in technical sales, ideally in the photovoltaic, battery storage, or renewable energy sector.
  • Experience in developing customized, technically, and economically optimal solutions.
  • Professional experience in complex project development and implementation oversight.
  • Experience utilizing planning tools such as AutoCAD or PV*SOL in project work.
