Job Summary

This role as an IT System Administrator involves ensuring the smooth, independent operation and continuous development of the core server infrastructure for the heristo Group. Daily tasks include managing the Hypervisor environment (VMware ESX) and maintaining critical Active Directory services, including DHCP and DNS. A key focus is the analysis and potential integration of modern cloud offerings, specifically mentioning Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. The administrator also acts as a consultant, supporting internal customers through the procurement and integration of new IT solutions and addressing complex technical queries. The ideal candidate possesses a foundational IT qualification and expertise in current Windows Server OS and Active Directory structures.
