You will manage the planning and tendering of construction and planning services, supervise external engineering firms, and act as the client representative. This position requires a proactive individual capable of preparing decision-making documents and presenting projects to committees. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in civil engineering, a Class B driving license, and a willingness to work flexible hours for meetings. Experience in client representation and civil engineering, alongside strategic thinking and project management skills, is highly valued.
