Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive responsibility for civil engineering projects within the municipality of Lappersdorf. The professional will initiate, plan, and manage development, civil engineering, and special projects, including creating investment and budgetary plans. Key daily tasks include leading all civil engineering measures, preparing tenders and bids for construction and planning services, and overseeing external engineering firms by reviewing their plans, cost calculations, and expert reports. The incumbent acts as the client representative (Bauherrenvertretung), prepares decision-making documents, and presents construction projects to committees and boards. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical certification, expertise in civil engineering, and the willingness to attend meetings outside standard working hours, offering an engaging, full-time, and permanent role in public service.
