This role seeks an Inside Technical Sales Specialist to become a central part of the electrical engineering project sales team, focusing on control cabinets, metering units, distribution boxes, and modern energy solutions like e-mobility infrastructure and photovoltaic systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve transforming customer inquiries—often complex projects for multi-family homes or commercial buildings—into concrete, profitable solutions. You will manage projects via a ticketing system, develop technical layouts, calculate costs, and coordinate closely with the production department to ensure technical and pricing feasibility. The ideal candidate possesses a foundational education in Electrical Engineering (e.g., certified Electrician, Technician, or relevant degree) and either experience or strong interest in switchgear and distribution panel construction. Success hinges on the ability to understand technical complexities and clearly communicate solutions to clients, acting as a technical consultant rather than a traditional high-volume salesperson.
