Job Summary
This role is for an IT Helpdesk / IT Support Specialist at JF Group GmbH, a comprehensive provider of electrical engineering solutions. You will be responsible for providing internal first and second-level support, meticulously documenting and categorizing IT requests in a ticketing system. A key part of your day will involve processing these requests according to defined procedures, managing user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting issues to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. You'll also actively participate in current and new IT projects, bringing your proactive problem-solving skills to the table.
