Job Summary

This role offers a dedicated QC Laboratory Technician the opportunity to join Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Mannheim, focusing on the quality control and testing of finished diagnostic devices. The technician will independently conduct scheduled control and testing procedures, including 'wet tests,' to determine performance criteria. A critical part of the job involves reviewing results for plausibility and completeness necessary for batch release, ensuring meticulous, GMP-compliant documentation, and inputting data into relevant IT systems. Furthermore, the technician will be responsible for documenting Out-of-Specification (OoS) results, generating deviation reports, and actively supporting Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) through root cause research and measurements. Candidates must possess vocational training (such as Chemical Laboratory Technician, BTA, or MTA) and a minimum of three years of professional experience in a relevant field. The position requires strong adherence to regulatory standards (ISO 13485, GxP) and includes providing technical guidance and training to other QC staff.
