Job Summary

This Process Engineer role, based in Hilden, involves taking technical ownership and independently managing a process area dedicated to manufacturing polymer films. The core responsibilities include analyzing and resolving production issues, developing and implementing sustainable quality and production standards, and evaluating production processes using data and key performance indicators. A significant part of the role is leading projects focused on optimizing and advancing existing production processes to ensure peak product quality and productivity, while also driving cost reduction through efficient process design. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field, coupled with solid professional experience in the chemical industry and familiarity with ATEX directives. Strong project management and process optimization skills, along with fluency in both German and English, are essential for success in this hybrid role.
