The Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring production targets are met regarding quality, quantity, deadlines, and economic efficiency. Key duties include comprehensive production control, detailed personnel deployment planning, and facilitating effective team communication through meetings and instruction. Furthermore, the manager ensures strict adherence to legal, collective bargaining, and operational regulations, while actively supporting technical and process-related problem management.
