Job Summary
This role is designed for a dedicated IT Support Specialist responsible for managing both 1st and 2nd level support requests covering software and hardware issues. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring the status of ongoing support tickets, managing the company's internal technologies and software solutions, and performing installations, adjustments, and dismantling of workstation systems and associated peripheral devices. The specialist will also pre-qualify and document complex issues before escalating them to specialized departments, and actively participate in various corporate projects. The ideal candidate must possess training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or an equivalent qualification. While prior experience in an IT Service Desk is desirable, entry-level professionals are explicitly encouraged to apply. Essential technical requirements include familiarity with Microsoft Windows Client operating systems, Office products, Microsoft Online services, and good knowledge of networking components such as Switches, WLAN, and Firewalls. Excellent written and verbal fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
