This role seeks an IT Service Desk Specialist responsible for managing and resolving software and hardware support inquiries across 1st and 2nd level support tiers. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring active support tickets, overseeing internal technologies and software solutions, and ensuring efficient installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstation systems and peripheral devices. The specialist will also be responsible for documenting and escalating issues outside the defined scope to relevant departments, contributing to various company projects, and creating detailed service reports. Ideal candidates must possess vocational training in IT System Integration or equivalent qualifications, coupled with familiarity in Microsoft Windows Client operating systems, MS Office products, and Microsoft Online Services. Strong foundational knowledge of networking components, including Switches, WLAN, and Firewalls, is essential, alongside excellent customer service and communication abilities in both German and English.
