This pivotal role seeks a Head of Product Management to establish and lead the department for Combat Support Systems and Digitalization within Rheinmetall Landsysteme. You will be responsible for building the team, defining associated processes, and creating a Center of Competence focused on cutting-edge C-UAV (Counter-Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) systems. Key daily tasks include designing comprehensive product roadmaps, initiating strategic projects, and actively supporting the sales team through pre-sales activities and proposal creation. To succeed, candidates must hold a completed degree in engineering or economics, possess several years of leadership experience, and demonstrate professional background in the military or defense sector. Fluent English proficiency, strong negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential for driving this critical area of defense technology forward. The position offers a permanent contract and requires a willingness to travel.
