Job Summary

This role is ideal for a System Developer passionate about modern maritime technologies and complex software products. You will be the central technical authority responsible for developing and integrating sophisticated weapon simulation systems, specifically focusing on torpedo simulations for submarine and anti-submarine warfare training environments. Day-to-day tasks involve leading requirements analysis, defining system architectures and concepts, planning and monitoring development milestones, and performing comprehensive system integration and testing. A key aspect of the role is acting as the technical liaison, negotiating specifications with customers, partners, and suppliers, and presenting technical proposals globally. You will also conduct technical reviews, audits, and contribute to make-or-buy decisions. Success requires a relevant degree in Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, several years of technical project experience, and fluent command of technical English.
