This crucial role involves the precise measurement and evaluation of fiber optic lines, specifically executing bilateral OTDR measurements using pre/post-run fibers at 1310/1550nm. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating detailed measurement protocols, ensuring meticulous documentation within change processes and systems like Mega.Net, and independently planning and coordinating LWL measurement tasks. You will also be responsible for the switching, commissioning, and final acceptance of fiber optic connections, alongside coordinating defect resolution efforts. The ideal candidate possesses completed training in telecommunications or electrical engineering and initial professional experience in optical transmission technology.
