Job Summary

This Lead Engineer IP/MPLS role is crucial for driving the strategic development and operational efficiency of advanced network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for steering, prioritizing, and tracking tasks related to network design and testing, ensuring alignment with the technological roadmap and business needs. Key daily activities involve optimizing design processes for scalability, coordinating internal resources and external partners, and leading sprint planning sessions with relevant stakeholders. You will also be expected to develop technical concepts, clarify requirements for new orders, and maintain transparent communication regarding project status and dependencies. A core requirement is a deep understanding of IP/MPLS networks, including protocols like BGP, OSPF, and Segment Routing, coupled with proven experience in technical network projects within carrier environments.
