Job Summary

This permanent position as an Order Manager focuses on Data & Performance within a regional digital utility provider. The core responsibility involves the monitoring and control of the Order Service Level Agreement (SLA) and overseeing the entire Order-to-Activation process, particularly Order Clearing. Day-to-day tasks include conducting review meetings with activation partners, leveraging data analysis and reporting to identify process bottlenecks, and steering measures to ensure production and SLA targets are met. The manager acts as a crucial interface, collaborating with internal teams and external service providers to secure process and data quality. Candidates must bring proven professional experience in SLA and Order Management, ideally within the telecommunications sector or comparable mass customer environments. Success requires a proactive, solution-oriented approach, excellent interface management skills, and a strong affinity for numbers, supported by very good proficiency in IT tools like Excel and PowerPoint. This role is key to developing efficient, data-driven decision-making processes for the company.
