Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role in Ludwigshafen seeks a qualified Lab Automation Specialist to join a pharmaceutical client's Bioanalytics Operations team. The core focus involves the technical management and support of laboratory automation systems. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing complex bioanalytical methods, such as Ligand Binding Assays and ECL technology, for the quantitative analysis of proteins. The specialist is responsible for expanding existing methodologies, integrating them into automated workflows, organizing laboratory processes (including device and capacity planning), and rigorously ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards, including comprehensive documentation (SOPs, reports). Candidates must possess a background as a Biological-Technical Assistant or a degree in a relevant life science field, coupled with practical experience in lab automation and GLP/GCP principles.
