Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious (Junior) Component Engineer to act as a crucial interface between R&D and component management within a leading international technology company in Munich. Day-to-day, you will provide expert technical consultation to development teams regarding electronic components, identify suitable market components based on R&D requirements, and drive standardization efforts across component groups through cross-functional working groups. A key responsibility involves process management, coordinating the material introduction process, and actively supporting the international onboarding of a new sub-team in Malaysia by developing training materials and translating guides. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, combining strong technical understanding with economic thinking. Success requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and fluency in both German (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1).
