Job Summary
As a Service Coordinator & Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services for a major IT service provider to the German armed forces. Your daily responsibilities will include managing incoming incident reports within a ticketing system, efficiently dispatching orders, and overseeing service levels and escalation processes. You will also provide tool-based support to service technicians, contribute to project planning, and facilitate communication between clients, external companies, and internal departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, IT process knowledge, and a customer-centric approach, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to Germany's digital infrastructure within a secure and supportive environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT or comparable qualification
Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in an IT environment
- Professional experience with IT network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN) is desirable
- Project experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of the specific requirements of the Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces) as a client is an advantage
