Job Summary

As a Service Coordinator & Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services for a major IT service provider to the German armed forces. Your daily responsibilities will include managing incoming incident reports within a ticketing system, efficiently dispatching orders, and overseeing service levels and escalation processes. You will also provide tool-based support to service technicians, contribute to project planning, and facilitate communication between clients, external companies, and internal departments.
