Job Summary

This role is designed for an ambitious IT Process Manager focused on connecting people and technology by driving the conception and continuous development of technical processes. You will be responsible for coordinating and permanently optimizing internal procedures, ensuring alignment with the ITIL framework. A key objective is the further development of the service catalog to enhance standardization across the business. The manager acts as a critical interface to internal and external customers, coordinates necessary activities within the IT business unit, and actively contributes to digitalization initiatives. Furthermore, you will be tasked with advising IT executives and defining criteria and methods for measuring process and service quality. The ideal candidate holds a completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification, coupled with extended knowledge of ITIL and comprehensive experience applying the BPMN 2.0 standard.
