Job Summary

This role involves connecting people and technology by ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of critical IT infrastructure. The Network Technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle of network management, including the installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous development of network systems. Daily tasks include supporting the IT helpdesk, performing detailed problem analysis, troubleshooting network disruptions, and integrating new devices into existing network architectures. Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical certification (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration), coupled with professional experience as a Network Technician. Candidates must possess strong expertise in core networking technologies like LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, along with familiarity with UNIX/Windows operating and server systems.
