The core responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd level IT support and administration for client systems, including client-side configuration and troubleshooting. A significant part of the job includes the setup and installation of Microsoft Servers and providing customer support both remotely and on-site. The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning and executing customer projects within a local commuting radius (up to 50 km) and maintaining thorough documentation of all projects and IT environments.
