This position seeks an Onsite Support Service Technician to work at a central Service Point on a corporate campus in Northern Munich, supporting Managed IT Services for industrial clients. The core responsibilities include managing the IT warehouse and inventory, imaging and preparing loaner notebooks for staff distribution, and handling logistical support for mobile hardware rollouts, including providing telephone assistance. The role also involves distributing small IT peripherals (e.g., headphones, conference phones for Skype for Business) and optimizing appointment scheduling processes to accelerate service delivery. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), general PC and notebook hardware expertise, and familiarity with mobile devices like iPhones and iPads. Experience in Asset Management is a significant advantage.
