Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity to join a leading European IT company as an IT Technician, actively shaping digital transformation within a dynamic team based in Ingolstadt. The core responsibilities involve providing comprehensive IT support to end-users, managing the central service point, and executing essential on-site support for critical infrastructure, including Windows clients, printers, and core network technologies. You will be responsible for handling tickets and Request For Service (RFS) inquiries using a highly structured approach, and professionally resolving escalated technical issues. Key requirements include comprehensive knowledge of common Windows operating systems and a solid understanding of fundamental network technologies, specifically switching and the OSI Layers 1 to 3. The position offers a permanent contract, flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, and extensive training opportunities, starting initially via temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover by the client.
