Job Summary

This position calls for a dedicated Onsite IT Technician to join a market-leading company specializing in IT solutions and service management in Ludwigshafen am Rhein. The core responsibilities involve providing direct, hands-on support for Windows workstations in both office and industrial environments. Day-to-day tasks include resolving IT disruptions for end-users, executing workstation migrations, setting up new hardware, and maintaining peripheral devices like printers, including toner replacement. A critical component of the role is meticulous documentation of all procedures within the ticketing system and maintaining the IT Asset Management database. Candidates must possess completed IT training or equivalent qualifications, coupled with practical experience in onsite support and robust knowledge of Windows systems. A structured approach to troubleshooting and a strong technical understanding of client management are essential for success. This role starts as temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover.
