Job Summary

This full-time role in Munich focuses on the central monitoring and operational management of Enterprise customer networks within a data center environment. The specialist will be responsible for providing Second Level Support for Windows Server and Intel-based hardware systems, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of server and storage infrastructure. Key daily tasks include receiving, documenting, and resolving incidents via a ticketing system, coordinating hardware repairs with external manufacturers, and managing projects such as data migrations and capacity expansions throughout the server lifecycle. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) and practical experience in setting up and operating server systems in a data center context. Good proficiency in both German and English is required for effective communication in this role, which offers an initial temporary contract with the option for permanent employment.
