Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive and emotionally intelligent Team Leader for Construction Supervision, focusing on critical highway maintenance, expansion, and new construction projects within Germany's federal infrastructure agency. The successful candidate will assume full project responsibility, overseeing the planning, steering, and quality assurance of multi-million dollar road construction and preservation measures, adhering strictly to regulations like HOAI. Day-to-day tasks involve leading and advising the team, managing project contracts, conducting technical variant analyses for economic viability, preparing cost calculations, and performing high-level construction management (Bauoberleitung), including project invoicing and contract adjustments. Key requirements include a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering and relevant professional experience in construction supervision and road construction project execution.
