This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in providing direct Onsite Support for a global IT services and engineering solutions company based in Hamburg. The primary responsibilities involve acting as the direct Second Level Support contact for customers, focusing on the analysis and resolution of complex faults related to hardware, software, networks, and communication systems. Day-to-day tasks include administering the client environment, managing the full life cycle of client systems, and maintaining precise technical documentation and inventory records. The ideal candidate possesses a successfully completed vocational IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or equivalent professional experience. Success in this international environment requires good proficiency in both German and English.
