Job Summary

This role involves acting as a crucial link between technology and users, providing essential IT support in Munich. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, specifically focusing on Windows Client operating systems (Windows 7/10) and MS Office products. Key daily tasks include providing First and Second Level Support via the IT Service Desk, assisting end-users with technical queries, and creating necessary IT documentation within the ticketing system. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT vocational training, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with initial technical experience in user support or on-site service.
