The specialist will function in key roles such as Product Owner or Project Management Office (PMO), focusing on the analysis, conception, and implementation of new user-centric digital services, including major projects like the Online Pension Application. Day-to-day tasks involve professional and technical collaboration on cross-carrier services, ensuring procedural compliance, and handling coordination, administration, and documentation within interdisciplinary teams. Candidates must bring initial professional experience in digital product development or digital transformation, ideally within the public administration sector, coupled with experience in agile working methodologies. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Bachelor / Diploma FH) in administrative science, economics, (IT) technical, or comparable field, OR completed vocational training focused on social insurance, IT, digital media design, or commercial field.

Experience
