Job Summary

This permanent position seeks a proactive Facilities Engineer to join a leading global corporation in the pharmaceutical and crop science sectors. The primary responsibilities include independently leading technical projects and coordinating measures for plant optimization within operational facilities. A core function involves providing technical leadership to the team, ensuring the quality of executed work, and managing budgetary planning and control for the assigned area. The engineer is also responsible for guaranteeing operational safety through regular inspections and risk assessments, identifying improvement potential in plant technology, and resolving system malfunctions. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Technology or Production Technology, possesses comprehensive knowledge of applicable technical regulations, and has experience supervising operational facilities.
