Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support for a leading German IT service provider managing over 600,000 global IT workstations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of hardware and software incidents, utilizing ticketing systems to prioritize, classify, and document all requests. Key daily tasks include troubleshooting and resolving issues both remotely and directly onsite, managing the setup and dismantling of IT hardware components, overseeing IT relocations, and maintaining accurate asset data. You will also be expected to support ongoing IT projects. Applicants must possess a completed IT qualification (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration), professional experience in support roles, and excellent command of Windows 7/10 and MS Office.
