Job Summary

This role is for an Organic Chemistry Manufacturing Science and Technology Specialist responsible for bridging R&D and regulated production environments. Day-to-day activities include the development and troubleshooting of production processes, transferring new products and methods from research, and establishing new synthesis and purification techniques. The specialist will conduct, adapt, and test production processes while ensuring strict adherence to safety guidelines and quality management systems, including regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, USDA). Key responsibilities also involve preparing technical documentation (SOPs), coordinating workflow planning, organizing equipment maintenance, and maintaining laboratory hygiene. Candidates must possess a degree in Organic Chemistry or significant experience in a relevant production setting, coupled with practical experience in laboratory or production operations. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for this challenging and critical manufacturing support role.
