Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Key User for Smart Metering (iMSys) and data management systems within the technical service team of swa Netze GmbH. The professional will be responsible for planning and implementing tasks related to intelligent metering systems, from order creation to fault resolution, utilizing modern measurement technologies and digital processes. A core part of the job is managing and developing processes within CLS Management to ensure stable and efficient operations. The Key User will independently handle customer inquiries regarding electricity metering technology and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of IT platforms for remote meter reading (e.g., NeDaS, Niota). Key requirements include a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in the electricity sector, coupled with several years of professional experience in the energy or metering industry, and foundational knowledge of SAP or comparable systems.
