Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Service Technician specializing in electronics to ensure the continuous, smooth operation of technical and electronic building systems in various properties. Daily activities involve independent inspections, preventative maintenance, testing, and complex repairs of facility equipment, focusing heavily on customer-oriented fault processing and immediate troubleshooting. You will be responsible for proactively implementing repairs according to current regulations, optimizing operational processes, and utilizing mobile devices for digital documentation of all performed tasks. Candidates must possess a technical qualification in electrical engineering, strong teamwork skills, and professional German proficiency (B2).
