Ideal candidates possess a completed education as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or extensive experience in quality assurance, coupled with 2-5 years of professional experience. Proficiency in EDV systems, including Word, Excel, and ERP systems, is required, alongside strong communication skills in German and English.
