A key part of the job involves the physical setup and dismantling of hardware components and maintaining accurate asset data records. The technician is also responsible for documenting solutions and procedures within the knowledge database. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in the IT field, be proficient with Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office, and have practical experience utilizing ticketing and remote support tools.
