Job Summary

This is a leadership role focused on strategically and operationally managing the Financial Accounting department, currently overseeing five employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for controlling and accounting, managing financial processes, and ensuring compliance with all legal and internal regulations. Key tasks include steering year-end processes, preparing annual financial statements and balances in collaboration with tax advisors, ensuring correct tax treatment of all business transactions, and managing fixed asset accounting. The role requires proven experience in financial accounting, ideally within the public sector, and strong leadership skills to drive process optimization and continuous improvement in a meaningful communal environment.
