Job Summary

This role involves training and mentoring apprentices pursuing the IT Specialist certification in System Integration within the Bundeswehr's training workshop in Weener. The instructor is responsible for imparting all necessary practical and theoretical skills, including conducting hands-on training, supervising the proper use of tools and equipment, and guiding apprentices through project-oriented learning phases using project management principles. Key duties also include administering and maintaining the training infrastructure, developing training concepts and curricula, conducting assessments, and preparing apprentices for their final exams. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant IT qualification, at least one year of professional experience, and either hold the Instructor Aptitude Certification (AEVO) or be willing to obtain it. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an attractive salary (E 9a TVöD) plus a monthly training allowance, focusing on local, on-site activities.
