Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Technical Specialist responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality of central building management systems within Bundeswehr facilities in the Koblenz region. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting, monitoring, programming, maintaining, and repairing large-scale heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and electrical systems. A key aspect of the position is serving as the deputy for personnel leadership and coordination, overseeing the proper execution of maintenance tasks, and training staff. Furthermore, the specialist will act as the responsible Electrical Expert (VEFK) for specific military sites and handle the maintenance and repair of fire, intrusion, and hazard detection systems. The position requires a completed electrical technical apprenticeship, subsequent qualification as a Master Electrician or Technician, and at least two years of proven professional experience in a corresponding supervisory function.
