Job Summary

This part-time (50%) and fixed-term position supports female scientists within the Konstanzia Program by enhancing their visibility and effectiveness in science communication. The specialist will be responsible for a range of media production tasks, including the development and maintenance of individual websites and social media accounts (such as LinkedIn and Instagram). A core function involves creating engaging media content, specifically short videos to showcase research results and scientist profiles, alongside developing clear graphical representations of complex research findings. The ideal candidate must possess formal training in Communication Design or an equivalent field, coupled with practical experience in web development, video production, and social media management. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential prerequisites for success in this role, which operates in a dynamic, international university environment focused on equality and diversity.
