Job Summary

This role is ideal for an IT-savvy, solution-oriented professional ready to take responsibility for ensuring the seamless operation of critical IT systems, applications, and workplaces. Day-to-day tasks involve the continuous development of server and cloud environments, guaranteeing stable and secure system operations, and efficiently handling IT tickets related to both hardware and software. You will manage the inventory, selection, installation, and configuration of IT equipment, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve support cases. A key focus of this position is contributing actively to process automation, including the integration of Artificial Intelligence, and developing the IT security architecture to ensure audit compliance. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT, such as System Integration, coupled with several years of experience in IT administration. Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Client environments, along with familiarity with Office, Confluence, and Jira, is essential. The position offers a dynamic environment, creative freedom, and a hybrid work model based in Bochum.
