Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site IT services, focusing heavily on Installation, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) activities for client systems and peripherals across various locations. The technician will independently process and document work orders using the Inventox system via a mobile device, performing setup, teardown, and modification of client systems and printers according to specifications. Key responsibilities include installing and testing PCs, notebooks, and printers, ensuring all tasks are accurately logged.
