Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support and technical services for client environments within major industrial companies in the Munich area. As an IT System Technician, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle support of client workstations, including the installation and configuration of new client setups, handling hardware relocations (disassembly, setup, and cabling), and performing repairs on desktops, notebooks, and printers. A key part of the job is troubleshooting and analyzing both software and hardware issues, and efficiently resolving service calls for end-users directly on site. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training in IT, such as IT Specialist for System Integration or similar, and possesses initial professional experience in a Microsoft environment, along with strong knowledge of Windows 10 and practical experience with LAN/WLAN hardware. This position offers a quick entry into the IT field and a long-term, permanent employment perspective.
