Job Summary

This role seeks a highly service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join a competent team supporting a long-standing partner in the media industry, located in Ismaning (Munich area). The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing the IT infrastructure, handling tickets efficiently while adhering to SLAs, and providing competent, straightforward customer assistance. Day-to-day tasks involve configuring and maintaining critical Microsoft Cloud solutions, including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure. Key requirements include formal IT training or an equivalent qualification, strong expertise in Microsoft Windows and Active Directory, and knowledge of PC, server, and networking environments. The position is initially offered as a temporary contract with a strong option for permanent takeover.
